京王工程公司于1983年在香港成立，成立之初主要提供機電安裝工程項目的服務，但隨著業務要求的不斷提高，我司現已能在空調、消防、大廈智能管理系統和公眾健康項目等方面提供優質的一站式服務。同時，隨著業務的發展，承蒙客戶的信賴，希望我司能進一步為其國內的項目提供優質服務，故在1996年，我司在上海開設了分公司。

隨著客戶對工程項目日益增長的技術需求，我們也在隨之快速發展，在香港，我司每年的工程量大約為一億港幣。

從90年代中期起，我司與國外投資者的合作項目也日益增多，特別是在香港大型銀行, 辦公室、商務大廈的工程項目和國內大型零售店的裝潢工程方面。此外，在香港，我司還涉及了很多高技術要求項目， 如：計算機數據中心和金融交易相關項目等，這些項目都需要有更為先進的管理模式與更高標準的技術要求。

為了提供客戶多元化服務，我司仍保持許多新建辦公/商務樓，休閑場所，住宅和工業發展建設項目。

因我司與西方客戶的頻繁交流, 所以促使我們的員工學習了西方更為先進的管理技術和設計理念，而且本身我司的許多專業人員都受過良好的西方教育。

Keio Engineering was founded, in Hong Kong, in 1983 primarily to service Electrical Engineering contracting projects. Subsequent demand led to multi-disciplinary contracting in MVAC, Fire Engineering, BMS etc. and Public Health turnkey projects.

In 1996 repeat Clients required the opening of our Shanghai offices, which continue to service our PRC Projects.

Company annual turnover, in Hong Kong, currently equates to circa HKD 100m and is typified by high rates of spend in order to meet Clients increasingly demanding program restraints.

Since the mid 1990’s Keio has experienced increasing demand from Western Investment Clients which has particularly been typified by our involvement in Office / Commercial environments for large scale financial institution projects in Hong Kong and in the PRC for retail rollouts. Additionally in Hong Kong, Keio Engineering has been increasingly involved in technology centric projects such as the Data Centre and trading floor environments where there is a particularly high element of management and technical integration input through all disciplines.

Keio’s increasing involvement with Western Clients has led to our design and management staff being trained in Western management techniques and indeed many of our professional staff are Western educated.

However, Keio still maintains a high involvement with the core business of electrical contracting on many of the new build major office / commercial, leisure, residential and industrial new build developments in Hong Kong.
