Shanghai Technologies Aerospace Company Limited (STARCO), a joint venture company between China Eastern Airlines (CEA) and Singapore Technologies Aerospace (ST Aerospace), STARCO is operated and managed as part of ST Aerospace`s global network of maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) facilities.
