As an 100% owned subsidiary company of Sieyuan Electric, Shanghai Sieyuan Transmission & Distribution Engineering Co., Ltd ( SYTD ) was established on Aug. 2009 deriving from the former Overseas Business Department of Sieyuan Electric.
