上海希浦工貿有限公司成立于1998年，專業從事船舶油艙清洗、污油污水廢舊物接收以及海上溢油應急處理等業務，具備港口、海事等主管機關核發的從業資質，并于二零一一年十一月二十三日獲得由海事局評定的船舶污染清除單位一級資質，為國內海洋環保應急產業之領頭羊。
Shanghai Ship Industry & Trading Co. Ltd. (SSIT) was established in 1998 to focus on ship's tank cleaning, sludge disposal, wastes recycling as well as ship pollution emergency response, we have the licenses issued by the Harbor and MSA, we gained the qualification of "Level One of Ship Pollution Response Organization" issued by China MSA on November 23rd 2011, and become to the leader of the area of Ship Pollution Emergency Response and ocean environmental protection.
歷經十馀年的經營及努力，上海希浦工貿有限公司不僅獲得客戶的口碑支持，更獲得政府相關部門的大力支持，發展至今成為國內少數具備跨區域業務執行能力的企業，更建立起經驗豐富的**率處理團隊、24小時全天候應急反應體系和先進的防污治污處理程序。公司先后在南京、大連、青島、天津、煙臺等地建立起了五家全資子公司，以集團公司規模為客戶提供全面及時的優質服務，公司旗下的各子公司也已獲得由國家海事局評定的船舶污染清除單位一級資質。目前我司能夠為船東提供服務的港口除以上設立子公司的港口外，還可以通過與我司長期協作的單位在營口、錦州、秦皇島、黃驊、京唐、曹妃甸、日照、連云港、廈門、泉州、福州、廣州、珠海、惠州、深圳以及欽州等諸多港口，為船東提供快及時的支持與服務。
Through the more than ten years of unremitting endeavor, SSIT not only gained the trust from customers, but also get the fully supported by related governmental departments, and becomes one of the few entities which with the ability to execute cross-regional professional work, further more, SSIT established a efficient and experienced team, have a 7x24 hours emergency response system and a progressive anti-pollution procedure. SSIT set up five subcompanies in Nanjing, Dalian, Qingdao, Tianjin and Yantai ports successively, all of them also gained the qualification of the Level One Entity of SPROs, it make us as a group could supply more comprehensive and timely first-rate services to our customers. At present, we can arrange the best service not only in the above motioned ports which we have subcompanies, but also in the ports of Yingkou, Jinzhou, Qinghuangdao, Huanghua, Jingtan, Caofeidian, Rizhao, Lianyungang, Xiamen, Quanzhou, Fuzhou, Guangzhou, Zhuhai. Huizhou, Shenzhen and Qinzhou, etc. we can supply the fast and timely support and service for owners/vessels through our long terms cooperated companies.
上海希浦工貿有限公司目前擁有船舶污染應急處理以及高級管理人員二十余位，經過培訓的專業清艙人員六十余人，專業油污應急以及污油水接收作業船舶15艘。按照“交通部四號令”要求，我司業已配備齊全溢油應急清污設備，力求緊急情況下為客戶提供效率與機動結合的服務。
Now, SSIT has more than twenty experts and Senior manager commanders on the Ship Pollution emergency Response, and more than sixty professionally/trained tank cleaner staffs, we owned fifteen barges for Oil Spill Emergency Response and sludge disposal. According to No. 4 Order of the Ministry of Communications, SSIT has equipped complete anti-pollution facilities, could supply efficient and timely service for our customers once the emergency response happened.
