陜西省燃?xì)庠O(shè)計(jì)院本院位于古城西安，國有制企業(yè)，成立于1993年。主要從事CNG和LNG汽車加氣站、LNG液化工廠、LNG氣化站及其它燃?xì)夤こ痰脑O(shè)計(jì)業(yè)務(wù)，現(xiàn)持有國家建設(shè)部市政（燃?xì)猓┘准?jí)主導(dǎo)工藝設(shè)計(jì)資質(zhì)，持有陜西省建設(shè)廳丙級(jí)建筑設(shè)計(jì)資質(zhì)，持有國家質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢驗(yàn)檢疫總局GA、GB、GC類壓力管道設(shè)計(jì)資質(zhì)，持有陜西省公安廳頒發(fā)的消防資質(zhì)，2002年通過ISO9001：2000國際質(zhì)量認(rèn)證。
經(jīng)過十五年的努力，我院成為陜西省城市燃?xì)庑袠I(yè)規(guī)模大、實(shí)力強(qiáng)的設(shè)計(jì)單位，并在全國CNG、LNG工程設(shè)計(jì)方面有一定的知名度。CNG、LNG加氣站國內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)行業(yè)業(yè)績**，LNG液化項(xiàng)目國內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)行業(yè)業(yè)績**。中石油、中石化、中海油、香港中華煤氣、陜西省天然氣公司、山西省天然氣公司等單位均為本院長期合作單位。
現(xiàn)有各類專業(yè)工程技術(shù)人員68人，其中教授級(jí)高級(jí)工程師8人，高級(jí)工程師16人，工程師32人。我院機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)置有4個(gè)專業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)部，3個(gè)相關(guān)技術(shù)監(jiān)理部。專業(yè)設(shè)置有：燃?xì)廨斉洹⒂蜌鈨?chǔ)運(yùn)、化工工藝、暖通熱力、化工機(jī)械、給排水、建筑、電氣、自控、經(jīng)濟(jì)分析等,專業(yè)設(shè)置合理齊全。
本院主要技術(shù)骨干曾在原化工部第六設(shè)計(jì)院工作，長期從事石油化工裝置設(shè)計(jì)。本院成立以后專業(yè)從事燃?xì)夤こ淘O(shè)計(jì)。設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富、設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量優(yōu)良，LNG液化裝置、LNG氣化站、LNG汽車加氣站及CNG汽車加氣站設(shè)計(jì)尤為特長。
本院擁有現(xiàn)代化工程設(shè)計(jì)、技術(shù)開發(fā)所需要的各類科研技術(shù)裝備，工程設(shè)計(jì)中采用國際通用的設(shè)計(jì)程序，軟、硬件資源豐富。
十余年來，我院已先后完成了西安市、榆林市、渭南市、漢中市、商洛市、醴陵市、天水市、慶陽市、中衛(wèi)市等58個(gè)城市天然氣項(xiàng)目，12個(gè)城市的管道液化石油氣項(xiàng)目。完成了省內(nèi)外286個(gè)液化石油氣儲(chǔ)配站工程，10多個(gè)城市的液化天然氣(LNG)項(xiàng)目。
近幾年來，我院承接大量的LNG、CNG工程：如西寧市、安陽市、銀川市、晉城市、天津市、北京市等多個(gè)液化天然氣項(xiàng)目；天水市、漢中市等20多個(gè)LNG氣化工程；深圳、貴陽、呂梁市等市三十余座LNG加氣站工程；完成了280余座CNG加氣站項(xiàng)目，完成了LNG液化工廠項(xiàng)目，在此領(lǐng)域我院技術(shù)處于全國。

With design service for CNG and LNG-gas-filling stations, LNG-liquefaction plants, LNG-gasification stations and other fuel-gas projects as its principal undertakings, Gas Design Institute of Shaanxi Province currently holds the A-class qualification for municipal design (fuel gas) granted by Ministry of Construction of the People’s Republic of China, the C-class qualification for architectural design granted by Shaanxi Administration of Construction, the qualification for GA,GB,GC penstock design granted by General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People’s Republic of China. Meanwhile, our institute has obtained the certificate of ISO9001:2000 of the International Quality System. Together with design service for gas-filling stations and LNG projects as its forte, our institute spreads over its business nationwide. By now, ours has designed 2 LNG liquefaction plants，12 LNG filling stations，12 LNG gasification stations，86 natural-gas projects of city or county level, 286 LPG stations and 260 CNG filling stations. Our LNG liquefaction devices have adopted advanced techniques for depuration, cryogenic liquefaction, cryogenic storage as well as transportation and the rest. We have applied advanced LNG cryogenic filling technology, LNG filling system to vehicles and other high technologies in filling stations designed by us.
