沈陽科迪通達礦山機械有限公司前身是東北煤礦洗選設備公司，始建于1991年。公司下轄選煤設計研究所、選煤（礦山）機械制造廠、煤礦（40%股權）和煉焦煤選煤廠，年總產值肆億叁仟萬，是東北地區唯一集選煤設備研發、選煤廠工程設計、選煤（礦山）機械制造及采煤、選煤于一體的股份制公司。中煤選煤協會東北分會和選煤情報站東北地區站亦設置在本公司。
