蘇州奧比特精密注塑公司于 2005 年 12 月在蘇州古鎮(zhèn)木瀆成立，總投資額人民幣 2500 萬(wàn)，工廠廠房面積 5000 平方米 ，現(xiàn)有管理、技術(shù)人員 25 人，員工約140 人。是集模具設(shè)計(jì)制造、注塑成型、噴涂、印刷、組裝為一體化的復(fù)合型工廠。
模具車(chē)間擁有雄厚的技術(shù)力量、資深的專(zhuān)業(yè)人才、的模具制造設(shè)備、精密的檢測(cè)儀器及其他輔助設(shè)備。依據(jù)模具的大小和復(fù)雜程度，每月制造模具20至40付。
注塑車(chē)間現(xiàn)有東洋、德馬格、震雄24臺(tái)從50噸至368噸的注塑機(jī)，全車(chē)間采用機(jī)械手、流水線傳輸系統(tǒng)以實(shí)現(xiàn)無(wú)人化作業(yè)。

Suzhou Orbiter Precision Plastic Co., Ltd. was established in Dec. of 2005. The investment capital is RMB 25 million. The plant is around 5,000 square meters.
Now, Orbiter has 25 staff for management and technical working, around 240 operators / QC. Our principal business activities are plastic tool making, injection molding, lacquering, printing and assembly, which can provide our turnkey service to customers.
Tooling shop has technical knowhow, professional people, the world class of machines and testing equipments. We are able to make 20 – 40 sets of tools per month which base on tool size and complex level.
Molding shop has 24 sets of Toyo, Demag, Chen Shong injection molding machines. Their size is from 50T till 368T. The molding shop set up Robert and Convey Belt system, no operator beside of molding machine.
