我們的**家餐廳是在英國北愛爾蘭的貝爾法斯特由餐廳開發(fā)人Mr. Eddie Fung開業(yè)，現(xiàn)時在英國Zen、House of Zen、和 Hakka 共16家餐廳。
而BT8 的名字由來是因為“BT”是貝爾法斯特的郵政編號。 “8”的是代表無限，而Mr.Fung對無限此兩個平衡圓圈的印象特有鐘情。
Mr.Fung 的 2個逺觀：
1） 把東方的美味帶到西方城市，認貝爾法斯特的人可以品嘗東方美食。
2） 在喧鬧城市中打造一個無壓抑、無偏見的恬靜舒適的環(huán)境，不止用餐愉快，還可享受獨特的聚會氣氛。
經(jīng)過15年在西方城市貝爾法斯特的改造，Mr. Fung認為時機成熟，于是把貝爾法斯特的人才和優(yōu)質(zhì)材料帶回深圳。

The name BT8 has been derived from the Postal Address of the first Restaurant opened in Belfast in 1993 by Mr Fung. All postal addresses in Belfast Northern Ireland commence with the letters BT. It is no coincidence that the number 8 was attached to Mr Fung's initial venture into Belfast as it is a very balanced number made up by 2 circles.
Mr Fung had 2 visions for his first restaurant
1. Bringing Eastern cuisine to a Western city in order to allow the people of Belfast to enjoy great Oriental food.
2. Creating an environment in a trouble city that all could relax without fear or prejudice and become joined in the pleasure of eating out!
As Belfast has been transformed over the past 15 years into a welcoming Western city Mr Fung decided it was time to bring some of the quality people and products of Belfast to the city of Shenzhen. It is his desire that you will feel the balance of Western hospitality and cocktails with the great taste of Eastern cuisine.
