蘇州創奇密封技術有限公司（以下簡稱“蘇州創奇”）是美國創奇技術有限公司(以下簡稱“創奇公司”)于2008年5月在中國投資成立的**家工廠,公司位于蘇州市高新區金沙江路59號6號廠房。集團總部設在美國俄亥俄州梭倫市。創奇公司屬于美國紐約上市的Quanex集團旗下的建材產品部，是世界上大的玻璃窗戶密封系統生產廠商，主要從事高檔環保型裝飾裝修材料、優質防水密封材料和**保溫材料的開發和生產，至今已有超過40年的歷史。作為密封窗戶行業的領導者，創奇公司被北美洲10家大的窗戶生產廠商的其中7家，定為“優選合作伙伴”。美國創奇公司成立于1960年代末期，產品除了使用在住宅和商業樓宇外，還廣泛地被使用于高速火車、汽車、公交車、商業用冷庫、太陽能收集板、冰箱等。創奇公司的生產和分銷中心遍布北美洲，在歐洲和亞洲也有他的授權生產工廠。
Suzhou Truseal Sealing Technologies Co., Ltd. (hereafter refers to as “Truseal Suzhou”) which located at Building 6, Jin Sha Jiang Road 59, SND Suzhou, Jiangsu Province, is invested by US Truseal Technologies Inc in May,2008. (hereafter refers to as “Truseal”). Its headquarters is located at Solon, Ohio, U.S.A. Truseal is the largest producer of energy efficient insulating glass sealants systems in the world and is a subsidiary of the Quanex Corporation, a listed company on the New York Stock Exchange in the U.S., Truseal’s main business is in the development and manufacturing of high class environmental friendly decoration materials, high quality water sealing materials and high efficiency heat insulation materials. Truseal has a history of more than 45 years in the industry. As a leading manufacturer in the IG market, Truseal is the preferred supplier of spacer systems for 7 out of 10 of North America’s largest window producers.
