蘇州創(chuàng)奇密封技術(shù)有限公司（以下簡(jiǎn)稱“蘇州創(chuàng)奇”）是美國(guó)創(chuàng)奇技術(shù)有限公司(以下簡(jiǎn)稱“創(chuàng)奇公司”)于2008年5月在中國(guó)投資成立的**家工廠,公司位于蘇州市高新區(qū)金沙江路59號(hào)6號(hào)廠房。集團(tuán)總部設(shè)在美國(guó)俄亥俄州梭倫市。創(chuàng)奇公司屬于美國(guó)紐約上市的Quanex集團(tuán)旗下的建材產(chǎn)品部，是世界上大的玻璃窗戶密封系統(tǒng)生產(chǎn)廠商，主要從事高檔環(huán)保型裝飾裝修材料、優(yōu)質(zhì)防水密封材料和**保溫材料的開發(fā)和生產(chǎn)，至今已有超過(guò)40年的歷史。作為密封窗戶行業(yè)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者，創(chuàng)奇公司被北美洲10家大的窗戶生產(chǎn)廠商的其中7家，定為“優(yōu)選合作伙伴”。美國(guó)創(chuàng)奇公司成立于1960年代末期，產(chǎn)品除了使用在住宅和商業(yè)樓宇外，還廣泛地被使用于高速火車、汽車、公交車、商業(yè)用冷庫(kù)、太陽(yáng)能收集板、冰箱等。創(chuàng)奇公司的生產(chǎn)和分銷中心遍布北美洲，在歐洲和亞洲也有他的授權(quán)生產(chǎn)工廠。
Suzhou Truseal Sealing Technologies Co., Ltd. (hereafter refers to as “Truseal Suzhou”) which located at Building 6, Jin Sha Jiang Road 59, SND Suzhou, Jiangsu Province, is invested by US Truseal Technologies Inc in May,2008. (hereafter refers to as “Truseal”). Its headquarters is located at Solon, Ohio, U.S.A. Truseal is the largest producer of energy efficient insulating glass sealants systems in the world and is a subsidiary of the Quanex Corporation, a listed company on the New York Stock Exchange in the U.S., Truseal’s main business is in the development and manufacturing of high class environmental friendly decoration materials, high quality water sealing materials and high efficiency heat insulation materials. Truseal has a history of more than 45 years in the industry. As a leading manufacturer in the IG market, Truseal is the preferred supplier of spacer systems for 7 out of 10 of North America’s largest window producers. Truseal has been in the insulating glass business since the late 1960s. In 1979, it introduced the first all-in-one warm edge spacer system and patented the technology. The unique all-in-one glass spacer system technology radically changed the way people assembled IG units, allowing fabricators to reduce production time, cut labor costs and, most importantly, deliver improved thermal performance in each and every window.
