Lean China is a professional training institution focused on management improvements for manufacturing enterprises. Established over the years, we adhere to the management concept "creating value for customers by our professional service”. We provide Salon, Open class, In-house training, Counseling and other related services, and a wide exchanging learning platform to the customer’s management team.
Our core management team come from the world 500 companies with more than 15 years experience especially on human resource management and production management. Our target is to support customer to enhance organization level, to assist customer in planning training system on leadership and production management, we use scientific tools on talent management and assessment to further integrate and build a deeper cooperation team. We constantly develop various training products, combined with our specialized training process. We provide customers with "customized talent development solutions."
