公司開設(shè)了三條SMT線, 日產(chǎn)量40萬件，插件線二條, 日插件量可達(dá)1０萬件。生產(chǎn)裝備雅瑪哈YV100x-F+YV88X多功能機(jī)、八溫區(qū)回流焊滿足元件從1005的片狀元件到５４mm的ＱＦＰ及ＢＧＡ，芯片的幫腳間距小達(dá)３.５mil。
公司客戶群:法國ST、德國CS、美國思睿邏CIRRUS LOGIC 美國Micrel 產(chǎn)品涉及：家用電器、半導(dǎo)體類、工具類、通訊類、及監(jiān)控產(chǎn)品。
