公司在同行業中率先導入ISO9001、ISO14001以及OHSAS18001管理模式和ERP企業資源管理系統。現已具備有建設部核發的《建筑業企業機電設備安裝施工二級資質證書》、市技術監督局頌發的《維修企業一級資格證書》和廣東省建設廳核發的《安全生產許可證》，企業資信等級為A-。
In the field the company introduces management model ISO9001、ISO14001、and OHSASI18001 and the system of ERP enterprise Resource Mangement, with the certificate of Construction Enterprise Electromechanical Equipment Stanllment and Construction issued by Ministry of Construction,Certificate of Maintenance Enterprise First-class Qualification issued by Shenzhen Bureau of Technology Supervision, Safe prodution License issued by Construction Department in Guangdong and “A”level of enterprise credit.
公司總部位于南山區龍珠大道龍珠七路，辦公面積1000多平方米，并另設面積近1500平方米的后勤基地。設有行政人事部、財務部、工程部、市場部、客戶服務中心，物流中心、營銷中心七大職能部門。公司員工人數達80多人，工程施工人員300余人，其中具有專業技術職稱的技術人員36人，其中高級職稱6人，中級職稱13人，初級職稱17人，技術力量雄厚，可完成各類空調項目設計施工方案及圖紙，并根據政府有關規定進行預、決算書及工程招、投標書的編制。
The company is located in Longzhu Street 7,Longzhu Road, in Nanshan,covering more than 1000 squaremeters of office area and about 1500 squarmeters of logistics base, is combined by Personnel Department, Finance Department, Project Management Department, Market Department, Customet Service Department, Losgistic Center, Sales Center. There are over 80 employees and 300 engineering construction workers, including 36 technicians with technology titles, 6 technicians with advanced tehnology title, 13 technicians with intermediate tehnology title, 17 technicians with primary tehnology title. The company can solely finish all air-condition projects and construction schemes and drawins, the preliminary and final buget and project tender under governmental orders.
