1.碩士以上學(xué)歷，或具有黑帶資質(zhì)的本科以上社會(huì)工作人員；
2.熟練的英文或德文語(yǔ)言技能，有德國(guó)留學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的極佳；
3.的工作能力，以項(xiàng)目為導(dǎo)向的工作模式；
4.適用經(jīng)常出差，良好的溝通能力和客戶共同工作的能力。

Suzhou SILU is a German company from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, KIT which is one of the biggest Research, Education and Engineering facilities in Germany (wbk.kit.edu/english/index.php). We are the program GAMI China from WBK.
Suzhou SILU Production Engineering Services Co., Ltd is a new company in SIP. The strength of SILU lies in its combined approach in applied research, engineering and training towards comprehensive, best-in-class engineering solutions in step with state of the art knowledge. Starting from Purchasing & Sourcing SILU is a full service provider with a production engineering background to support the whole value adding process of your business.
Our main partners are companies like BSH Bosch and Siemens Home Appliances, Siemens, MTU Friedrichshafen, Daimler Benz and so on.

We are looking for a candidate with the below characters.
1. A Master Degree or Bachelor with Black Belt experience (academic point of view).
2. A clear logical and work independently in project.
3. Fluency in English or German and the ability to work in international teams.
4. Frequent travels and project work with external partners.
