深圳鹽田港普洛斯物流園有限公司是由深圳市鹽田港集團(tuán)有限公司與美國普洛斯公司共同組建的中美合資公司，股東雙方各持股50%。公司目前主要開發(fā)位于深圳鹽田港后方陸域19＃區(qū)的國際物流園項(xiàng)目。該項(xiàng)目用地面積18.2萬平方米，總建筑面積約30萬平方米，分3期開發(fā)。合資雙方將按照客戶的要求建設(shè)倉庫及配套設(shè)施，建成后對(duì)外租賃，并引進(jìn)普洛斯已經(jīng)擁有的世界知名客戶。屆時(shí)該園區(qū)將成為鹽田港區(qū)倉儲(chǔ)、物流的重要組成部分。

Shenzhen ProLogis-Yantian Port Logistics Park Co., Ltd is a joint venture between ProLogis and Shenzhen Yantian Port Group Co., Ltd with share proportion of 50%:50% held by each partner. The main project that the Company develops is an international logistics park situated at Land 19 in the off-dock area of Yantian port. The total land area of the park is 182,000 square meters with construction area of about 300,000 square meters which will be developed in 3 phases. The Company will build the warehouse as per customers’ requirements and lease it out when finished. Meanwhile, we will attract worldwide well-known customers who have formed strategic partnership with ProLogis. . The park will play a key role in the integration of warehousing and logistics management in Yantian Port Area.

Yantian Port registered an annual throughput of 8.86 million twenty-foot equivalent units (TEU) in 2006, which possesses almost 50% throughput of Shenzhen Port. It is the biggest developer and operator in Yantian Port area, owning and operating 4 bonded warehouses, 3 export supervisory warehouses, 1 bonded container yard - a total of 200,000 square meters of storage space.
