太倉奧托立夫申達汽車安全系統有限公司(Auotliv Shenda (Tai Cang) Automotive Safety Systems Co., Ltd，簡稱 ACX) 前身太倉維歐愛申達特種紡織品有限公司（TAICANG VAN OERLE ALBERTON SHENDA SPECIAL TYPE TEXTILE PRODUCTS Co., LTD）是由瑞典奧托立夫集團和上海申達集團在原上海維歐愛織帶有限公司基礎上于2006年9月組建的合資公司，并于2007年8月開始量產。由于公司規模擴大和業務需要，在江蘇省蘇州市太倉工商行政管理局的批準下，更名為太倉奧托立夫申達汽車安全系統有限公司。本公司專業生產和銷售汽車安全帶，所生產的安全帶符合中國國家行業標準，美國國家行業標準，日本行業標準和歐洲行業標準。公司全面推行奧托立夫的產品、技術和管理標準，嚴格執行其技術規范、質量保證和售后服務，滿足奧托立夫的**質量標準。公司擁有世界先進水平的織帶生產設備和檢測設備，現年生產能力可達1億3500萬米。目前為**大的安全帶制造工廠，滿足不同客戶的各種需要。本公司生產和銷售的汽車安全帶已廣泛用于大眾、通用、豐田、雷諾等**一線品牌。

Autoliv Shenda (Tai Cang) Automotive Safety Systems Co., Ltd (abbr. ACX) is a joint venture company which is established by the Sweden Autoliv Group（Fortune 500 company）and Shanghai Shenda Group in September of 2006, it was SOP in August of 2007.The plant is specialty in auto-safety belt. The management system is based on Autoliv global management standard.
World advanced textile product facilities and test facilities are available in the plant with the capacity of 135 million meters per year, to attain the status of one of the biggest webbing plant in the world. Our Customer includes all major vehicle brands.
