It has been authorized by two large and medium-sized enterprises, co-fund the establishment of joint-stock enterprises, National Development and Reform Committee and consists by 2 nationalized companies, to be a joint-stock enterprise. The registered capital is 170 million RMB.The enterprise has kinds of rental cars more than 900, totally capital is round 300 million RMB.
