天津市裕興鋼管有限公司坐落于環渤海經濟圈內的靜海縣蔡公莊鎮工業園區，距天津濱海國際機場50公里，塘沽港口60公里，西臨京滬高速，東臨丹拉高速，北臨塘津高速，位于天津大邱莊鋼管基地，交通十分便利，具有良好的生產與經營環境。

天津市裕興鋼管有限公司具有8年冷彎方矩管的生產歷史，年產量已達15萬噸。我公司自行研發的四條生產線，產品覆蓋20*20-600*600的特大型方矩管，以及冷彎異型管、開口型鋼、熱軋方管、非標圓管。
1.特大型600*600*25方管生產線、生產范圍100*100-600*600，壁厚2-25mm，材質普碳鋼、不銹鋼、錳鋼、合金鋼及橢圓、菱形等異型鋼。彎曲扭曲為1/1000以下。
2.高精度冷彎鋼管及開口型鋼生產線20*20-150*150，壁厚0.8-8mm。承攬高精密方矩管，彎曲扭曲可達0.2/1000，小0.1/1000.可生產三角形、八菱形、六菱形、橢圓及其它異型，并可生產8mm以下各型開口型鋼等。
3.厚壁圓管改徑設備，可生產非標厚壁圓管大厚度可達25mm，包括190*20，216*20、267*20等非標等徑，具體可協商制造。
4.熱軋方管50*50-350*350，2-18mm可生產熱軋異型、歐標、美標產品、直角方管，可保證方管的各種機械性能。

Tianjin Yuxing Steel Tube Co.,Ltd.has been engaged in the production of cold-formed square and rectangular steel tube for 8 years,with an annual production of 150000 tons.the four production lines developed by us are for the manufacturing of super-large square steel tube(20×20-600×600),cold-formed special section pipes,opening-type steel sections,hot-rolled square tube,and non-standard circular tube.
1. the production line of super-large square tubes(600×600×25):the tube specification range is 100×100-600×600,with a wall thickness of 2-25mm and a bending/distorting degree of less than 1/1000,made of straight carbon steel,stainless steel,manganese steel,alloy steel and special section tubes(ellipse,lozenge,ect)
2. production line of high-accuracy cold tube and opening-type steel section:the tube specifications’range is 20×20-150×150,with a wall thickness of 0.8-8mm and bending/distorting degree of 0.2/1000-0.1/1000.it could produce special-shaped steel sections(triangle,octagonal,hexagonal ellipse,etc),and can also produce all kind of opening-type steel sections.
3. thick-walled circular tube diameter changing equipment:can produce circular tubes with a maximum thickness of 25mm(specifications:190×20,216×20,267×20),user-defined.
4. production of hot-rolled square tube(50×50-350×350,2-18mm):covers hot-rolled special-shaped steel sections up to European standard or American standard.it can also produce right-angle square tube with a high mechanical performance.
