天津市亞星散熱器有限公司是一家專業(yè)的汽車暖風(fēng)散熱器，水箱，蒸發(fā)器和冷凝器的生產(chǎn)公司。坐落在天津津南區(qū)雙港工業(yè)園區(qū)，擁有建筑面積25000 平米現(xiàn)代化的場院，具有良好的生產(chǎn)環(huán)境。
本公司以生產(chǎn)汽車鋁塑水箱、鋁質(zhì)暖風(fēng)管片式散熱器和管帶式散熱器為主，其次還在研制平行流蒸發(fā)器和冷凝器。其中水箱、暖風(fēng)散熱器主要為國內(nèi)的汽車生產(chǎn)企業(yè)進(jìn)行配套生產(chǎn)，吉利，奇瑞，比亞迪，長安，華晨。有部分產(chǎn)品已經(jīng)出口到國外配套以及售后市場，配套產(chǎn)商如蓮花，邁凱輪，大宇等。售后如四季，偉士通，Proliance, 產(chǎn)品得到了客戶的歡迎。
我們不斷追求產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的穩(wěn)定性，可靠性，并且努力與國際接軌。公司具有生產(chǎn)設(shè)備，鋁質(zhì)散熱器的主體設(shè)備是引進(jìn)日本“省力產(chǎn)業(yè)株式會(huì)社”的鋁釬焊隧道爐，保證焊接工藝穩(wěn)定性；還有德國肖拉公司的扁管制造機(jī)，同時(shí)公司還擁有制帶機(jī), 彎管機(jī)、漲管機(jī)、組芯機(jī)、水室壓裝機(jī)，所以我司可以生產(chǎn)所有需要的零部件。此外，公司具有的高素質(zhì)的管理人才和技術(shù)人員。

brief introduction
Tianjin Yaxing Radiator Co., Ltd. is a professional automobile heater,radiator, evaporator and condenser manufacturer and seller. Located in the Shuanggang Industrial Zone, Jinnan District, Tianjin. It covers an area of about 25000 square meters. The manufacturing environment is excellent.
At present, most of our radiators and heaters are for the automobile factories in China Like Chery, Geely, BYD, Chana, Brilliance Auto, Great Wall... part of them are exported to the OE and AM market. OE automobile factory like Daewoo,Lutos,Maclaren,..AM like Visteon, 4 Seasons, Proliance..Our products enjoy great popularity from our customers.
We are constantly pursuing the stability, reliability and international standardization of our products.The equipments for producing our products are the aluminum soldering tunnel furnace imported from Shengli Industrial Co., Japan and flat tube machine from SCHOELER Co.,Germany. The welding quality is ensured. On the other hand, we have Fin Machines, Pipe Bending Machines, Core Builders, Tank Organizers, Pipe Expanding Machines, which make us manufacture all parts by ourselves. The administrative and technological staffs of the company are of the first rank and highly qualified.
