天津三卓韓一精密塑膠科技有限公司2003年成立于天津武清，是一家中國和新加坡合資的企業(yè)。與此同時，在技術(shù)上與韓國韓一化學(xué)工業(yè)珠氏會社合作。

公司一期廠房占地20,000平米，二期廠房占地50,000平米,目前也已經(jīng)開始投入使用。公司擁有的配套設(shè)施和2,000多平米的凈化廠房，并擁有韓一化學(xué)30年的橡塑制品研制成果；模具設(shè)計室、研發(fā)中心、工業(yè)設(shè)計部、工藝實驗室以及完善的生產(chǎn)計劃系統(tǒng)，使企業(yè)在精密橡塑產(chǎn)品制造方面有著雄厚的技術(shù)和生產(chǎn)基礎(chǔ)。

我公司全面推行ISO9001/2000質(zhì)量認(rèn)證體系，并于2006年6月通過針對汽車產(chǎn)品的TS16949/2002認(rèn)證。我們的產(chǎn)品覆蓋了電子、通訊、數(shù)碼產(chǎn)品、汽車、家電、視聽器材、醫(yī)療、航天航空航海、工藝品等不同領(lǐng)域所需求的精密橡膠塑料制品。產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)類別涵蓋：按鍵；精密橡膠雜件；注塑件；擠出件；O型圈；斑馬條；沖壓產(chǎn)品；表面噴涂、鐳雕服務(wù)；模置具制造；和裝配服務(wù)等。

Synergy Hanil Precision Polymer Technologies Co Ltd was incorporated in 2003 in Tianjin Wuqing industrial estate, a Singapore-Chinese based joint venture and strategic alliance with Hanil Chemical Rubber Industries Co Ltd (Korea) .

Hanil has more than 30 years of polymer manufacturing experience, coupled with a team of professional engineers, the company aims to excel further with the new China plant. With a plant area of 20,000 sq meters , equipped with a fully integrated technology facilities including a 2,000 sq ft clean room facility, in-house tooling design and fabrication, research and development centre, industrial engineering department and state of the art laboratory.

The new plant area 50,000 sq meters, situated at 20mins drive in the newly developed Tianjin Industrial zone had started operation in Jul.2007.Technological development and industrial manpower training are prominent in the company’s operation portfolio.

The company was certified in 2004 with ISO9001/2001 and TS16949/2002 in May2006.
