天津中油飛鴿管道防腐工程有限公司（CPFPC）是中國石油天然氣管道局（CPP）控股的合資公司，前身為中油管道防腐工程有限責任公司天津分公司（CPPCE Tianjin Branch），坐落于天津市東麗區，瀕臨世界吞吐量第六的天津港，公司占地6.2萬平方米，注冊資金為1200萬元。天津中油飛鴿管道防腐有限公司是專門從事管道防腐工程施工、防腐設備和材料制造的專業化公司。公司從無到有，從弱到強，天津中油飛鴿管道防腐有限公司依托中油管道防腐工程有限責任公司（CPPCE）的綜合技術實力，逐步發展成為技術力量雄厚、企業資源豐富的現代化防腐施工企業，公司通過了ISO9000質量體系認證。目前，天津中油飛鴿管道防腐有限公司可生產產品類型有：單層FBE、雙層FBE、2PE、3PE、2PP、3PP及液態環氧內涂層等；可生產鋼管規格從φ60到φ813mm。
CPPCE主要依托毗鄰天津港地理優勢承攬出口管道防腐項目，用戶遍布世界多個國家，先后出口蘇丹、阿爾及利亞、巴基斯坦、尼日利亞、伊拉克、伊朗、利比亞等國家防腐鋼管3500多公里。同時以產品質量優勢，為國內的三大石油公司、地方燃氣企業、供排水公司和發電廠提供防腐鋼管，先后承擔的重大管道涂層項目包括：西氣東輸工程、秦沈管道項目等。

China Petroleum Flyingpigeon Pipeline Coating Co., Ltd. （CPFPC） is a joint venture owned by CPP, first as CPPCE Tianjin Branch, located in Dongli District, Tianjin city，adjacent to Tianjin Port ,the world‘s sixth-largest port. CPFPC covers an area of 62,000 square meters, having a registered fund of 12 million RMB. CPFPC is a specialized company professionally engaged in steel pipeline coating、production of coating materials and coating equipments. From scratch, from weak to strong, with the support of CPPCE’s comprehensive technical strength, CPFPC turns to be a modernized professional coating construction team with powerful enterprise resources. CPFPC obtained ISO9000 Quality system Certificate successfully this year. The main products of our company include FBE/2FBE /2PE/ 3PE /2PP /3PP and LE, etc., pipe size from ∮60 to∮813.
Based on the geographical advantage of being adjacent to Tianjin Port, CPFPC has been carrying out export pipeline coating project. Since years, CPFPC has undertaken lots of pipeline coating projects (about 3500km) in many countries, such as Sudan，Algeria, Pakistan, Nigeria, Iraq, Iran, Libya and so on，having clients all over the world. At the same time ,depending on her own product quality advantages, CPFPC has provided coated pipes for three major domestic oil companies, local gas companies, water supply and drainage companies and power plants, major pipe coating projects undertaken during past years include: West-East Gas Project, Qin -Shen pipeline project and so on.
CPFPC has been always dedicating to the research and development of pipeline and metal structure coating technique for a long term, taking maximizing client’s equipments’ service life and reducing the loss caused by corrosion as our own responsibility; regarding supplying long-term and steady service for clients as our greatest pursuit.
