文安東都環保產業園是河北省唯一經國家環境保護部批準的、由北京市第五建筑工程有限公司在河北省文安縣投資、建設、經營、管理的專業從事再生資源加工利用的“圈區管理”環保產業園區。

Wen’an Dongdu Environmental Protection Industrial Park is the only “Region management” environmental protection industrial park which is authorized by the State Environmental Protection Department and is invested, constructed, operated and managed by Beijing No.5 Construction Limited Company in Hebei Povince, it specialized in the processing and utilization of regeneration resources.

園區規劃總占地面積3692畝，實行高起點規劃、高標準建設、**能管理的建設經營模式，園區將建設成高科技、低能耗、產業復合、生態環保的現代化國家級再生資源環保產業園區。

The total planed floor area of this industrial park is 3692mu, a construction business mode with high starting-point planning, high standard construction and high-performance management will be implemented. The park will be built into a modern national regeneration resources environmental protection industrial park with high technologies, low-power consumption, industrial complexity and eco-environmental protection.

園區集廢舊五金機電、廢舊汽車壓塊、廢舊塑料、廢舊電子電器加工利用，新型材料及環保技術研發、再生資源貿易、再生資源設備制造、現代物流于一體。采取一次規劃，分期、分區逐步推進的方式實施。規劃年加工量：廢舊五金機電100萬噸、廢舊塑料100萬噸、廢舊電子電器100萬臺、廢舊汽車壓塊20萬輛。其中一期工程占地1500畝，年加工量為廢舊五金機電40萬噸，廢舊塑料40萬噸。

The industrial park is an integration of the processing and utilization of wasted Hardware & Electromechanical, motor briquettings, plastics, electronic appliances and the development of environmental protection technologies, regeneration resources trading, manufacture of regeneration resources equipments, modern logistics. An implementation method with one-off planning, periodic and regional promotion is implemented. The planned annual processing amount is as follows: 1,000,000 tons of wasted hardware and electromechanical, 1,000,000tons of wasted plastics, 1,000,000 wasted electronic appliances, 200,000 wasted motor briquettingws. The first stage project covers a floor space of 1500mu, its annual processing amount is 400,000tons of wasted electronic appliances and 400,000tons of wasted plastics.
