In December 2013, British Barony Hotels & Resorts Worldwide and Northland Property which is the largest property holder in Canada reorganized, built a new hotel group” Sandman Hotel Group”. Barony brand increases more four new fresh hotel brands in the Asia Pacific Region, including the luxury brand Sutton Place, the grander brand Sandman Signature, the standard brand Sandman and the luxury residence brand La Residence, and our hotel brands are over eleven. Thus, under the Sandman Hotel Group, the total number of global hotels is more than 150, hotels cover North America, Europe, Asia and Africa. Meanwhile, new global network reservation system, global training center was officially launched in Vancouver after the merger and reorganization.
2013年12月，英國君廷酒店及度假村集團與加拿大大的物業持有商Northland Property完成重組兼并，組建完成了Sandman Hotel Group酒店集團。君廷品牌序列在亞太區又增加了四個嶄新的酒店品牌，包括奢華品牌The Sutton Place，豪華時尚品牌Sandman Signature，中端品牌Sandman及公寓品牌La Grande Residence，旗下擁有的酒店品牌已超過11個。至此，Sandman Hotel Group旗下**酒店總數超過150家，酒店遍布北美洲、歐洲、亞洲及非洲。同時，兼并重組后集團全新的**網絡預定系統、**培訓中心也在加拿大溫哥華正式啟動。
