1997年成立榮星實(shí)業(yè)有限公司，主要從事出口貿(mào)易；1999年成立三兄刀具有限公司，為歐美日等國(guó)外知名刀具品牌客戶進(jìn)行貼牌代工生產(chǎn)，企業(yè)集團(tuán)進(jìn)入快速發(fā)展階段；2000年成立方圓木制品有限公司，為國(guó)外品牌客戶代工生產(chǎn)菜板、木刀座等；2007年成立廣州市三兄刀具有限公司，憑借十年豐富的代工經(jīng)驗(yàn)，利用已掌握的國(guó)外先進(jìn)刀具制造工藝，推出適合中國(guó)家庭使用的高級(jí)刀具產(chǎn)品，全力開拓國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)，打造國(guó)內(nèi)刀具品牌。2009年成立美瓏美利貿(mào)易有限公司，同年5月1日，推出“美瓏美利”品牌，產(chǎn)品線從原來(lái)的廚房刀具、刀座菜板等木制品延展至廚房鍋具、煲具、廚房小工具、廚房小配件等廚房全系列產(chǎn)品。
目前集團(tuán)廠房面積達(dá)5萬(wàn)平方米，擁有員工1000多人，年出口額達(dá)到3000萬(wàn)美元，內(nèi)銷品牌“美瓏美利”專賣店已進(jìn)駐北京、廣州等國(guó)內(nèi)大中城市。 2007年“鋒彩”系列產(chǎn)品獲得了第二屆中國(guó)創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)“紅星獎(jiǎng)”具創(chuàng)意獎(jiǎng)。2008年 “天銳”系列廚房刀具獲得具有工業(yè)奧斯卡之稱的世界工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)高獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)德國(guó)“IF設(shè)計(jì)大獎(jiǎng)”，榮星公司成為獲得該獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)的中國(guó)**家家居廚房用品企業(yè)。

In 1997, Sam & Lam Enterprise Co., Ltd. was founded as a trading company specializing in kitchen knives and household products.
With great success and experience, we invested our own kitchen knife factory--Brothers Cutlery in 1999 and Standard Woodenware Factory in 2001. In 2009, we developed a new brand “Millenarie” focus on the bloomy Chinese Market.
