1997年成立榮星實業有限公司，主要從事出口貿易；1999年成立三兄刀具有限公司，為歐美日等國外知名刀具品牌客戶進行貼牌代工生產，企業集團進入快速發展階段；2000年成立方圓木制品有限公司，為國外品牌客戶代工生產菜板、木刀座等；2007年成立廣州市三兄刀具有限公司，憑借十年豐富的代工經驗，利用已掌握的國外先進刀具制造工藝，推出適合中國家庭使用的高級刀具產品，全力開拓國內市場，打造國內刀具品牌。2009年成立美瓏美利貿易有限公司，同年5月1日，推出“美瓏美利”品牌，產品線從原來的廚房刀具、刀座菜板等木制品延展至廚房鍋具、煲具、廚房小工具、廚房小配件等廚房全系列產品。
目前集團廠房面積達5萬平方米，擁有員工1000多人，年出口額達到3000萬美元，內銷品牌“美瓏美利”專賣店已進駐北京、廣州等國內大中城市。 2007年“鋒彩”系列產品獲得了第二屆中國創新設計“紅星獎”具創意獎。2008年 “天銳”系列廚房刀具獲得具有工業奧斯卡之稱的世界工業設計高獎項德國“IF設計大獎”，榮星公司成為獲得該獎項的中國**家家居廚房用品企業。

In 1997, Sam & Lam Enterprise Co., Ltd. was founded as a trading company specializing in kitchen knives and household products.

With great success and experience, we invested our own kitchen knife factory--Brothers Cutlery in 1999 and Standard Woodenware Factory in 2001. In 2009, we developed a new brand “Millenarie” focus on the bloomy Chinese Market.

Benefited from more than 10 years experience of cooperation with our customers in Europe and US, we are able to guarantee that all our products are up to the international standard. We are proud of it that our quality product brings Chinese kitchenware to an upper standard.
