研諾邏輯集成電路設計（上海）有限公司（AATI-China ） is the Shanghai-based design center of AATI, a wholly-owned subsidiary of AATI. On January 11, 2012, Skyworks Solutions, Inc. completed the acquisition of Advanced Analogic Technologies, Inc. (“AATI”). As a result of the acquisition, AATI becomes a part of Skyworks.
