云南師大附中美華國際高中（AIA）系云南省首家經省教育廳、省民政廳正式批準，由云南師范大學附屬中學與美國教育聯合協會機構聯合舉辦的標準住宿制國際高中，學校引進美國、英國優質教育資源、課程體系和管理模式，同時整合了國內外師資及管理服務團隊，師生比例小于1：8。

School Introduction:

Yunnan Normal University Affiliated High School, AEUA International Academy (AIA) is a leading International high school in Yunnan, China. It is co-founded by Yunnan Normal University Affiliated High School, the Meihua Education (Group) Company and American Education United Association (China). It is the first international high school in Yunnan Province, greatly supported by the Yunnan Education Office.

AIA offers education in grade 10-12 and caters for Chinese and expatriate students aged 16-18. Founded as the first international high school proved by the Education Office and Government Office of Yunnan Province, AIA aims at students in Yunnan and throughout China and abroad. It provides students with excellent education system that combines with basic courses of Chinese high school, core courses of American Academy, and Pre-college courses of American Universities.

AIA is located in the Guandu District, Kunming, where formerly used as a landscaped park. The campus is 114 hectares large. The school introduces bilingual teaching mode. The faculty student ratio is 1 to 10, and the Chinese foreign teacher ratio is 6 to 4. It is managed as an American-style boarding school offering four-star accommodation environment and high-standard teaching infrastructure, including library, art center, in-door swimming stadium, golf court, and villa-style faculty department. Ms. Yang Shufeng serves as the Principle of AIA, who is the former principle of Yunnan Normal University Affiliated High School and titled national special-class teacher. Mr. Brennan serves as the Honor Principle, who is the former administrative vice-president of the Foxcroft Academy, the first private American high school in Maine, U.S.A. AIA opens in September 2011.
