Intedis GmbH & Co. KG with headquarter in Würzburg (Germany) is the well-known service supplier for automobile electric and electronic systems. The company was founded in 2001 by the two famous German automotive suppliers LEONI and HELLA.

We provide intelligent concepts and solutions to reach optimal distribution of power and information – based on functions or an existing architecture. We consult the automotive OEM’s competently and impartially with regard to process and methodology optimizations. Our unique competence is completed by a best-in-class suite of tools to support our customers in the complex EE-development process.

After project work since 2005 in China we have established in 2011 a local entity company - which operates in Shanghai as Intedis E/E-Engineering and Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. The main target is to offer our first class solutions to the Chinese OEM as well to JV-OEMS and to support the local organizations of our mother companies LEONI and HELLA.
自2005年以來，一個又一個的項目在中國運行，我們于2011年在中國成立了本地的實體公司－在上海設立了茵特迪司電子電氣工程技術（上海）有限公司。我們主要的目標是向中國本土和合資的整車制造商提供的解決方案，并于本土向我們的母公司萊尼和海拉提供本土的支持。
