中航嘉信商務旅行管理有限公司，系中國航空服務有限公司與嘉信力旅運（Carlson Wagonlit Travel）的合資公司，成立于2003年1月，總部設在北京。
嘉信力旅運公司（Carlson Wagonlit Travel，簡稱CWT）, 在**150多個國家和地區設有3000多個分支機構，總部設于法國巴黎。CWT是商務旅行管理行業的**領導企業。2011年，CWT**銷售總額為280億美金。
中國航空服務有限公司（簡稱中航服，CAS）成立于1987年，是中國首家加入國際航協組織（IATA）的航空客運代理企業，也是目前中國大的航空運輸代理企業之一。中航服是上市企業-中體產業的控股子公司。
中航嘉信致力于為商務客人提供專業的旅行服務，包括國內國際旅程及酒店預訂，簽證服務，會議組織等；依托CWT先進商旅管理理念和管理工具，幫助企業客戶管理和優化差旅項目，有效控制差旅成本。

CWT in China is a joint venture between Carlson Wagonlit Travel and China Air Service. The CWT/CAS joint venture was established and headquartered in Beijing on the 1st of Jan 2003.

China Air Service Ltd., founded in 1987, was the first and now one of the largest IATA (International Air Transportation Association) agency in China. CAS is also an affiliated company of China Sport Industrial Co., Ltd. – a public listed company in Shanghai stock market.
CWT China has branch offices in Shanghai, Guangzhou, Meishan (Sichuan Province), Tianjin with 600 employees. We are dedicated to helping more than 110 multinational clients optimize their travel program with leading-edge technology and provide best-in-class service and assistance to travelers. The estimated sales volume of CWT China is RMB 3 billion in 2013.
