中方母公司是廣州中車軌道交通裝備股份有限公司,簡稱中車股份 。生產軌道車輛和機車用采暖通風空調系統。其產品用于中國軌道交通的所有車型，并出口亞非國家。中車股份已憑借其先進的軌道交通空調系統解決方案成為在中國市場居領導地位的公司之一，并被中國鐵道部指定為軌道交通空調系統的定點生產廠商。

外方母公司為位于奧地利維也納的利勃海爾交通系統有限公司。它為各種不同類型的軌道車輛生產空調系統和液壓控制系統。憑借其先進的軌道交通空調系統和液壓系統技術，利勃海爾交通系統有限公司是龐巴迪，西門子，阿爾斯通等國際軌道車輛生產企業的主要空調系統供應商。

合資公司將引進利勃海爾先進的管理模式，旨在為中國軌道車輛行業及其用戶提供技術先進、質量可靠的產品和服務。

合資公司的主要產品是：利用雙方母公司提供的先進技術為平臺，為客戶設計、制造各類鐵路的車用車輛空調系統，如：機車、鐵路客車、地鐵、輕軌、高速列車的車用空調系統、液壓控制系統和其它附屬產品。

Zhejiang Liebherr Zhongche Transportation Systems Co., Ltd is a joint venture company. Founded in the year 2006, it locates in the City West Industrial Area of the city Zhuji in Zhejiang Province.

The Chinese party is Guangzhou Zhongche Railway Vehicles Equipment Joint-Stock Co.,Ltd, “ZRJC” for short. It manufactures warm air ventilation air-conditioning systems of railway vehicles and locomotives. Its products are applied to all kinds of railway vehicles in China, and also exported to Asian and African countries. With its advanced technical project of railway vehicles’ air-conditioning systems, “ZRJC” has become one of the leading companies in Chinese market and is designated as fixed-point producer of railway air-conditioning system by National Railway Ministry.

The foreign party is the Liebherr Transportation Systems Co., Ltd, which is located in Vienna, Austria. It produces air-conditioning system and hydraulic pressure control system for varieties of railway vehicles. With its advanced technology in railway vehicle’s air-conditioning systems and hydraulic pressure control systems, LVF is one supplier of the main air-conditioning systems for those big railway vehicle manufacturers such as Siemens, Bombardier and Alstom.

The joint venture company will operate Liebherr’s advanced managing mode and aims at providing products and services with advanced technique and good quality for China’s railway vehicle industry.

The products of the joint venture company mainly include: to make full use of the advanced technical stage provided by both parent companies to design for its clients and manufacture air-conditioning systems of all kinds of railway vehicles, such as the air-conditioning systems, hydraulic pressure systems and other accessory products of locomotive, railway passenger, subway, LRV and high-speed train.
