浙江中賽科技有限公司致力于生產(chǎn)LED照明和背光顯示所需的核心元件LED晶片的襯底材料和外延片。

公司位于山明水秀的浙江省麗水市，公司LED生產(chǎn)基地總共面積近百余畝，2013年前將建成200臺晶體爐和20臺MOCVD設備的現(xiàn)代化LED晶片生產(chǎn)基地。

目前公司員工中含約10位博士，核心技術團體來自LED技術**的美國和加拿大。核心高層管理團隊都擁有**500強企業(yè)的技術和管理經(jīng)驗。

公司技術團隊在藍寶石晶體生長，加工以及外延片生長等技術領域的研發(fā)和制造能力處于國際水平并已申請多項國際專利。


SSP is engaged in manufacturing high quality sapphire substrates and EPI for LED industry.

Our company is located in the beautiful city of Lishui, Zhejiang Province. We will set up 200 sapphire crystal growing furnaces and 20 MOCVD by the end of 2013, reaching the capacities of 3,800,000 pieces of 2-inch wafers and 1,000,000 pieces of EPI wafers.

At present the company boasts a team of 10 high-ranking talents with Doctor's degrees or Master's degrees, who have rich experiences in LED technology from the United States and Canada. And the majority of the core senior management team has working experiences in the companies of the world's top 500 enterprises.

The ompany's technical team is well-versed in the sapphire crystal growth, wafer processing, EPI and chip manufacturing.
