公司目前已經與與美國SMS-assist公司簽訂了合同，為其專項提供長期的IT外包服務。公司將承擔其業務需求分析、軟件產品開發。公司為客戶提供的外包服務，并為該公司提供進入中國互聯網市場的服務和支持。我們的這個IT外包服務的模式，將成為我們湖南又一新型的外包模式，我們期待能夠在全國軟件園的外包中起重要作用，提高我省外包服務的水平，同時，提高為美國公司提供國內市場服務，從而帶動我們在電子商務、IT服務的進一步發展。
