Established in 1983, Chiwo Plastic Moulds Fty. Ltd. became a part of Sunningdale Tech Ltd. In 2005. Today, Chiwo is a Premium tool & die shoop in China and is equipped with up-to-date machine tools & technology to produce mould up to 2,500 tons.
With 140 CAD/CAM engineers, 1,000 toolmakers and mould makers, Chiwo is capable of designing, fabricating and delivering over 1,500 sets of quality moulds in accordance to customers’ stringent specifications yearly and to support full turnkey project. A wide range of moulding machines ranging from 50 tons to 1800 tons with centralized gas-assistance is to mould plastic components for customers from Automotive, IT and consumer markets. Having acquired ISO9001 AND ts16949 certifications, we assure that Chiwo’s Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) for moulding, secondary and packaging processes will satisfy customers’ most demanding requirement. Besides, Chiwo offers DFM and ESI with on-site Mould Flow analysis and dedicated moulding machine for mould sampling.
