OF BEIJING）（以下簡(jiǎn)稱：我公司）成立于2015年,我公司長(zhǎng)期與國(guó)外建筑設(shè)計(jì)公司及混凝土預(yù)制構(gòu)件廠合作，主要業(yè)務(wù)范圍有: 國(guó)外各類裝配式建筑項(xiàng)目的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)與施工圖繪制工作; 裝配式建筑BIM建模（基于Tekla Precast或Revit平臺(tái)）;?MEP各類設(shè)計(jì)工作。混凝土裝配式結(jié)構(gòu)在歐美發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家早已廣泛應(yīng)用，幾十年的行業(yè)應(yīng)用已證明其具有降低施工人力成本，縮短工程建設(shè)周期，縮減工地面積需求，節(jié)約建筑用材，精準(zhǔn)控制工程造價(jià)等諸多傳統(tǒng)現(xiàn)澆混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)所無法企及的優(yōu)勢(shì)。伴隨我國(guó)人口老齡化的到來以及環(huán)境問題的日益尖銳，混凝土裝配式結(jié)構(gòu)的應(yīng)用已在各省市自治區(qū)推廣，部分省市已對(duì)新建建筑的預(yù)制率有了強(qiáng)制要求，混凝土裝配式結(jié)構(gòu)在我國(guó)有著極為廣泛的市場(chǎng)前景。? ? 目前國(guó)內(nèi)由于相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范不成熟、上下游產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈不完善等原因，裝配式結(jié)構(gòu)的應(yīng)用主要集中在次要構(gòu)件（樓梯）、非承重構(gòu)件（外圍護(hù)墻板）以及水平構(gòu)件（樓板）上。反觀歐美發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家，裝配式結(jié)構(gòu)已非常成熟，可以做到結(jié)構(gòu)全部預(yù)制化，完全取消支模濕作業(yè)。預(yù)制構(gòu)件的類型涵蓋基礎(chǔ)、梁、柱、樓梯、保溫外墻、剪力墻、空實(shí)心樓板等全部類型。我公司長(zhǎng)期以來參與海外裝配式工程結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)及施工圖繪制工作，積累了大量的國(guó)際的裝配式設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)及經(jīng)驗(yàn)。“持續(xù)學(xué)習(xí)”是我們的企業(yè)精神，我公司將根據(jù)每位員工的特點(diǎn)，為其搭建適宜的工作平臺(tái)，定期外派員工赴美進(jìn)行技術(shù)培訓(xùn)，不斷提升其核心價(jià)值。Company IntroductionMahi Pacific Engineering Design Ltd. of Beijing (brief name instead below: our company) was founded in 2015. Our company has solid, unwavering relationships with foreign engineering companies and precast manufacturers. We mainly offering: engineering service for a variety of precast projects; BIM modeling for precast projects (Tekla Precast or Revit); Mechanical, Electrical & Pumping engineering service.Precast structures have been widely used in western developed countries for several decades. It has been proved that precast structure can reduce manpower cost, shorten construction period, minimize job site area and control project cost. All these advantages can not be achieved by traditional field cast concrete structures. With surrounding pollution issues and the growing population aging, precast structures are starting to be spread in every province of our country. Some provinces have published building standards to demand the minimum ratio of precast in new ground-up projects. We can anticipate precast structures will be widely spread in China in very close future.So far, our country still doesn’t have refined precast structure standards and up-down stream industries of precast have not been well developed, precast is mainly used for stairs, non-loading bearing panels or horizontal elements. However precast is perfect refined in western countries with long years industry experience accumulation.?Precast elements can be used everywhere, from foundation to roof. There are many types of precast products, such as footing, beam, column, stair, insulated panel, shear wall, solid or void slab, etc.Our company provides design & drafting service for foreign precast projects over a long period, gains tremendous international leading knowledge of precast industry. ’KEEP LEARNING’ is the core value of our company.
