大連船舶重工集團(tuán)電氣有限公司坐落于風(fēng)景秀麗、氣候宜人、交通便利的大連開(kāi)發(fā)區(qū)中心工業(yè)區(qū)，正式成立于2007年8月20日，由澳門石油技術(shù)有限公司（天津市計(jì)儀自動(dòng)化工程有限公司）與大連船舶重工集團(tuán)有限公司共同出資注冊(cè)的新公司。憑借大連經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)區(qū)優(yōu)越的投資環(huán)境和良好的投資政策，采用先進(jìn)技術(shù)和生產(chǎn)設(shè)備以及科學(xué)的管理方法，公司主要在海洋工程及船舶產(chǎn)品制造等領(lǐng)域從事工業(yè)自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)、電氣、儀表、機(jī)械設(shè)備及管道等方面的設(shè)計(jì)、開(kāi)發(fā)、制造、銷售（自產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品），系統(tǒng)集成、安裝、施工、調(diào)試及維護(hù)等。公司還研發(fā)了擁有自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)與電氣盤柜等成套產(chǎn)品，廣泛應(yīng)用于鉆井平臺(tái)上，并爭(zhēng)取將海洋工程及民用船舶電氣新產(chǎn)品做大，做強(qiáng)！

Dalian Shipbuilding Industry Electric Co., Ltd, established on August 20th in 2007, is a Hi-Tech enterprise registered by Macao Petroleum Technology Co.,Ltd (Tianjin Computer and Instruments System Engineering Co., Ltd) and Dalian Shipbuilding Industry Co.,Ltd at the centre industrial district of Development Area in Dalian, which is beautiful, pleasant weather and transport convenient. As the superior investment condition and the favorable investment policy, adopting advanced technology and production equipment as well as scientific management, the company mainly engages in design, exploitation, construction, distribution, integration, installation, commissioning and maintenance for industrial automation system, electrical, instrumentation, mechanical equipment and pipe in the fields of marine project and civilian vessels.
Now the company has developed the industrial automation system that is in possession of intellectual property rights, and a set of productions such as electric switch board that is adopted in many drilling platform widely.
