杰新紡織集團始建于上世紀七十年代末，其前身為湖南省常德市武陵染整廠，經過不斷的發展壯大，于2001年并購了國有大型二級企業桃源紡織印染廠,從而形成了一套從棉花收購到成衣出品的完整生產流程，是目前湖南乃至全國紡織品生產經營完善且具規模的企業之一。

杰新擁有固定資產5.8億元，廠房面積25萬平方米，擁有棉花種植基地、軋花廠、紡織廠、印染廠、服裝廠、熱電廠、自來水廠和污水處理廠；員工5000人，其中專業技術人員350人；

Jiexin Textiles Group has founded since 1970s, formerly it was the Hunan Changde Wuling Dyeing & Finishing Factory, developing till 2001, Jiexin merged Taoyuan Textiles Printing & Dyeing Factory, and formed a complete production process from cotton purchasing to ready-made clothes. The company is one of the large-scale manufacturers in Hunan province or even in China.
