青島大學國際學院坐落于青島市石老人國家旅游度假區，依山傍海，風光秀麗，環境優雅，是青島大學23個學院之一。學院承擔著青島大學國際合作教育項目的研究、開發與實施任務。現設有國際經濟與貿易、國際商務、旅游管理、會計學、英語、韓國語、物流管理、電子商務、軟件工程等9個本科專業，國際商務、市場營銷等2個專科專業，在校生4000余人，專任教師168人，其中外籍教師38人。學院教學實驗設施先進，配有多媒體設備的外語專用教學區域和現代化的實驗室，可以充分滿足現代化教育教學的需要。
在多年辦學實踐中，學院密切關注人才模式的需求變化，借鑒發達國家的教育模式和管理經驗，融合國外院校教育思想與教學設計優勢，課程設置突出國際性、時代性和實用性，30%以上的課時由外教或外方交流教師完成。學院堅持“以生為本”的辦學理念，注重學生綜合素質的提高。通過多年努力，逐步形成了人才培養模式的四大特色：過硬的交際外語和計算機應用能力、寬厚的跨文化理解能力、先進的國際化專業知識結構以及人性化的學生管理。同時，學院與國外合作院校實施學分接軌，為學生獲取雙重教育資歷、出國深造提供了優越條件。
