“三林刺繡”，歷史悠久、美譽遠揚。它擁有近一千年的歷史，明朝年間，顧繡傳入，四鄉婦女靠刺繡謀生者日益增多，并祖輩相傳，以精湛的技藝延續發展著刺繡工藝。解放前，繡品遠銷日本、歐洲市場，由此三林地區便贏得了一個代稱——“刺繡之鄉”。三林地區從事刺繡的人們把顧繡的技藝和針法吸取并融入到三林的刺繡中，繼爾，三林刺繡在技藝上不斷吸取“四大名繡”之精華，同時又創新出數種三林刺繡自己特色的針法，可謂超出了“繡派”的非凡！
解放初，三林刺繡因中國對外貿易交流大量的減少而減少。
八十年代，三林繡娘跨出國門，赴法國博覽會做刺繡表演，為國家爭得了榮譽。柬埔寨西哈努克親王的服飾，美國前總統里根的被套，英國女王伊麗沙白的真絲睡袍上都留下了三林刺繡的痕跡。
2005年，三林政府在“拯救非物質文化遺產”建設中決定把富有民族特色的“三林刺繡”文化繼續發揚光大并日繼傳承走向繁榮。于是，“三林繡莊”在踏過了千載難縫的今朝良日，--伴隨著“民博會”金獎誕生的歡樂樂章，就正式組建成立了！
三林刺繡在針法上以線細針密、色彩豐富而著稱，并不斷融入現代的時尚元素。三林刺繡包含120多種工藝，由以“抽、拉、雕”三大手法獨具特色。產品種類含蓋了工藝框畫、服飾配飾、工藝禮品等，設計上獨樹一幟，風格迥異。經營上公司匯聚了一批專業化的運作團隊，管理上具備先進的科學理念，工藝上追求精湛絕倫的藝術境界，技術上不忘一絲不茍的嚴謹精神，而客戶與我們的關系，則是相互信任、共同雙贏的合作，客戶的要求就是我們的使命，**有絲毫之差，圓滿完成。
“三林繡莊”之所以為自己制訂高標準、高要求，那是因為“三林繡莊人”擁有一個共同的目標：“立志一心傳承民族文化，一意發展[大刺繡]經營理念，全心全意為客戶服務”。

Before new-china bailed, "San-Lin embroider" produces exported to Japan and Europe. So, san-in village was a called "embroidery's village". It's famous because of its fine thread, thick stitch, kinds of color, cleanness and no trace. The line used in embroidering is beautiful and fine, in addition to the design and color, and then the great art product is born. All the embroidered product is made by hand. The product China Dragon was honored by the Golden Medal on the 2005 Shanghai Fifth Folk Art Expo. Now, the traditional art is being integrated with some fashion factors under innovation ideas, which aims to make the traditional art more famous and have a longer life.
